Recently, Jiangsu United Winners Laser Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “UW Jiangsu”), as the largest production base and core R&D base of UW Laser, with its outstanding performance in comprehensive capabilities such as design and development, quality control, production processes, and product performance, has got the designated project for the automatic production line of CCS power batteries by Yilian Technology. Both parties have engaged in in-depth exchanges regarding the layout of the CCS automatic production line, and will work together to promote the high-quality development of the new energy industry.

CCS (Cells Contact System) products consist of signal acquisition components, plastic structural components, and copper-aluminum busbars. The copper-aluminum busbars connect multiple battery cells in series and parallel through laser welding. Signal acquisition components such as FPC are connected to the copper-aluminum busbars and plastic structural components to form electrical connection and signal detection structural components. In the production process of CCS integrated busbars, welding equipment is one of the indispensable devices.

After reaching the cooperation with Yilian Technology, UW Jiangsu will configure a set of automated, high-speed and flexible productionfor it.

To meet the demand for high-quality and high-efficiency production, UW Laser CCS automatic welding line is a fully automated production line designed specifically for manufacturing CCS products. It covers the complete process flow from automatic busbar loading, hot riveting, laser welding to various tests, and each station is connected by efficient upper and lower conveyor lines to achieve full automation in production.

The advantage of this production line is the automatic assembly of busbars, which not only reduces labor intensity of employees but also significantly improves production efficiency. Additionally, the line is equipped with automatic vibration dynamic testing, further enhancing the automated testing level. Furthermore, its highly integrated vibration and ICT testing design make the entire production line more functional, meeting the requirements for effiiency and precision.
