Jinlong Han, male, Chinese nationality, was born in Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, in July 1968. He graduated from Xi'an University of technology in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a professional in optics, machinery, and electrical integration in China and a professor-level senior engineer.
He is the founder of United Winners Laser and the current chairman of Shenzhen United Winners Laser Co., Ltd. he is also a member of the seventh Shenzhen CPPCC, vice president of Shenzhen Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice president of Guangdong Laser Industry Association, executive vice president of Shenzhen Baoji Chamber of Commerce, and president of Shenzhen Alumni Association of Xi'an University of Technology. He has won the 2010 Shenzhen Science and technology progress award, the 2012 Guangdong science and technology award, the "person of the year in the automotive battery industry" in 2016, and has a number of national patents.
Niu Zengqiang, male, Han nationality, was born in Shangzhou City, Shaanxi Province, in 1964. He graduated with a master's degree in science and engineering from Tsukuba University in 1998 and a Ph.D. in physics and electronics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. He has a doctor of engineering and is a senior engineer.
He has successively served in the 603 Institute of the Ministry of Aviation, Japan Miyaki Company, and the Institute of Optoelectronics of Shenzhen University. He is currently the vice chairman of Shenzhen United Winners Laser Co., Ltd. and the dean of the Laser Research Institute. He is also the vice chairman of Shenzhen Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association. He has been engaged in the research and development of various laser welding systems for a long time.
He has presided over the research and development of two national-level projects, two provincial-level projects, and five projects in Shenzhen. He is the inventor of the patent of arbitrary waveform control energy negative feedback technology. He has successively conquered the core technologies of laser welding, such as the multi-wavelength laser coaxial hybrid welding technology and blue light hybrid laser welding technology. He has won the second prize of the scientific and technological achievement award of Guangdong Province and the scientific and technological achievement award of Shenzhen City and has a number of invention patents from China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, and South Korea.

Mr. Jia used to serve in Dentsply, the world's leading medical equipment company, Ruifeng, a core material supplier in the electronics industry, and Daying CNC, a well-known PCB manufacturing equipment manufacturer. He is currently the general manager of Shenzhen United Winners Laser Co., Ltd. The company's sales volume increased from RMB 15 million in 2007 to RMB 1 billion in 2016.

Dong Yin, male, Han nationality, born in October 1982 in Chongqing, graduated from Southwest Agricultural University (now Southwest University). He once worked as the head of the fine machining division of ASRock Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (Plastron Taiwan) and the director of the processing Department of Jinkeji Electronics Co., Ltd. He joined Shenzhen United Winners Laser in 2011 and successively served as a sales engineer, manager, and regional director. During his tenure, he developed new industries such as the military industry and industrial sensors for the company, making general automation a new business unit incubator of UW Laser and the company’s growth pole in the future.
