Ring Spot Fiber Laser
IntroductionThe series of ring spot fiber lasers developed by UW Laser are primarily designed for the new energy battery and 3C industries. They combine the high brightness advantage of single-mode fiber lasers with the beam distribution advantage of ring spot fiber lasers, making them well-suited for precision and high-speed welding applications of high-reflectivity materials. These lasers can effectively suppress spatter, thereby improving welding quality and yield rate. The series offers a maximum total output power of 6000W and allows flexible adjustment of the output beam mode. It can achieve various combinations of central and ring beam powers, such as 2kW+2kW, 4kW+2kW, and lower configurations, with both central and ring powers being adjustable. Equipped with UW's patented negative feedback power adjustment technology, it can increase the full-power lifespan of the laser by more than 20%. In addition, it can also achieve special fiber outputs in various specifications such as 34/102μm, 50/150μm, 50/600μm, 100/300μm, 100/600μm and so on.
