UW’s rotary double-station sensor welding table includes a three-dimensional motion module, frame, cover, rotary turntable mechanism, welding fixture, camera CCD positioning system, PC control system, wire loading mechanism, laser welding system, etc. It adopts the form of rotating double stations to achieve manual loading and unloading and automatic laser welding simultaneously. The fixture adopts multi-station clamping, saving product delivery time and improving production efficiency.

Each unit of the welding table is modular in design and can work independently. According to the characteristics of the welding product, the camera CCD positioning system can identify the angular position of the product. The three-dimensional motion module and the fixture rotation structure are automatically corresponding. The welding process is automated, the welding program can be modified, and operation and modification permissions can be set. This equipment can replace the traditional electric iron and tin welding equipment, can be used in occasions such as limited welding space, and has obvious advantages in welding effect and stability.
