PCB Inverted Welding Table
Introduction

This equipment is specially customized for the laser wire loading and soldering of PCBs related to the SMT industry. The entire system of the equipment is controlled by servo motors, with high motion accuracy and fast response speed. The welding XYZ three-axis motion part is integrally integrated into the frame and adopts a unique bottom-to-top welding method to keep the components carried on the PCBs in the positive direction during the laser wire loading process. The relative position of components on each PCB is locked by the visual MARK point to ensure the accuracy of the welding position. The main process flow of the equipment action includes automatic feeding, automatic stop and pressing, visual positioning of welding points, automatic wire loading and welding, automatic loosening and opening, automatic discharging, and customized processes can also be added according to specific products.
