Introduction

The whole equipment is composed of marble combined with metal plate square tubes, which ensures that the high-speed welding machine has slight vibration and high stability. The double-station working mode is adopted to maximize the use of the solder ball ejection head to improve the welding efficiency. The welding part is equipped with a linear motor combined with a feeding and grinding module to achieve short-distance smooth start and stop , long-distance swift response, and high-standard repeat positioning accuracy to ensure welding consistency and stability. The advanced solder ball jetting technology can satisfy the soldering and welding of precision electronic components , and the ball ejecting speed can reach up to 3 balls/second, thus avoiding the disadvantages of low precision and low efficiency of the traditional electric soldering and tin wire welding. At the same time, the equipment is easy to operate, which greatly improves the production capacity of customers' products and achieves a win-win situation of high efficiency and high return.
