Introduction
UW’s double-station relay laser welding table for comprises a positioning fixture, welding three-axis, rotary structure for blowing coaxial shielding gases, double input and output shafts, PLC control system, laser welding system, and so on to achieve manual loading and unloading on automatic welding. Each unit of the welding platform is modular in design and can work independently.
The ejection head is designed with an external rotating coaxial blowing structure; According to the thickness of the welding workpiece, the maximum welding speed is 20mm/s; The welding track is input by CNC programming or teaching mode; The welding process is automated; The welding program can be modified, and the operation and modification permissions can be set; It equips with a standard 17-inch display;
